Notes:
- De F5LAW: Extremely poor conditions again. M0HTE tried to check in but not detected, sorry John. Happy and healthy new year to all and let's hope for better paths in 2017...
- De PA3BYW: Happy new year to you all!
- De M0HTE: I thought that I heard Yann very faintly this evening and tried calling a couple of times but no response. Happy New Year my friends and hope conditions improve.

ON6WJ's MLA, click to enlarge picture Simple loop made of 15mm diam central heating Alu pipe, remote controlled, up +/- 2,5m, pointed "North-South" direction for PA and F. Next week will turn to "East-West" for the UK gang. In the table below RSTs with MLA are in brackets.

80 m: 2000 - 2100 UTC, 3566 kHz.

Notes:
- De F5LAW: No session due to extremely poor conditions. Been calling CQ SSN from 1950 to 2030 UTC. Only station detected and identified: ON6WJ. No QSO.
- De ON6WJ: Strong interference by that SM6 Beacon station. QSO only HB9BJL.
- De PA3BYW: Horrible conds. heard a lot of Bulgarian stns calling CQ-test with 599 signals on the lower band edge. So no short skip this session. QSO only HB9BJL; NCS short peak at 589.
- De G3VTT: I searched for you at around 2044 and only heard a weak HB9 working Jos ON6WJ. The band was full of noise. This must be like the end of the world!

Notes:
- De F6EEQ: Gilbert - F5AUZ was listening via SA0CAM webSDR, good signals from all stations.
- De M0HTE: Nice to be heard on the Net again after few weeks when it was 'no go'. ON4ADR was the loudest station.

Sunday, December 31, 2017.

80 m: 2000 - 2107 UTC, 3566 kHz.

Notes:
- De F5LAW: PA3BYW unavailable, I took NCS. Lost M0HTE after round 1. F6EEQ and G4ZXN couldn't stay long. I had a nice chat at end with F6IJU. We have had a great 2017 EU SSN edition. To all participants and particularly to Durk - PA3BYW, thanks so much for your participation and summaries, a Happy and Healthy Year 2018 to you and yours fellows.
- De M0HTE: Sorry, had to drop out. F5LAW started at 559 but gradually faded away. I think I heard F6IJU but not to sure. F6EEQ was 529 but he couldn't read me. Wishing you a happy New Year and hope to be on the net next Sunday.
